1. Preparation & Delivery Time
Each timepiece undergoes a detailed inspection prior to dispatch.
Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days
following payment confirmation.
Once shipped, estimated delivery time is between 5–10 business days,
depending on your region and local customs processing times.
Shipping partners: DHL, UPS, EMS (express international courier services).
2. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your
tracking number and courier details. This allows you to monitor
your shipment in real time until it arrives.
3. Shipping Methods
We exclusively use trusted express couriers to ensure reliable
and timely delivery. Based on your destination, our system automatically
selects the fastest and most secure shipping option available.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination,
parcel weight, and chosen courier. Occasionally, RLW offers
free worldwide shipping promotions — stay updated for our latest offers.
5. Secure Packaging
Every timepiece is individually packed and protected to guarantee safety in transit.
Each order is delivered in its branded box, placed inside a reinforced outer package
to prevent damage during shipping.
6. Multiple Items per Order
For orders containing multiple watches, shipments may be dispatched from different
logistics centers to optimize delivery time. In such cases, separate
tracking numbers will be provided for each package.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are complete and accurate before confirming your order.
RLW cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.
8. Delivery Acceptance
To ensure successful delivery, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery
address to receive your parcel. If no one is available, the courier may attempt
a second delivery or leave a collection notice.
9. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.
As such, order changes or cancellations can only be made before shipment.
