1. Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The watch must be in its original, unused condition with all protective seals intact.
- All original packaging, boxes, manuals, and proof of purchase must be included.
Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide photos or a short video of the item. Once approved, ship your watch using a trackable and insured courier service (EMS or a trusted local carrier). After we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused and include all original packaging, documentation, and protective covers.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Exchange Process
Contact our Customer Service Team to request an exchange and specify the new model you would like. Once your exchange is approved, return the original watch using a trackable and insured courier. After inspection, we will send the replacement and adjust any price difference as necessary.
3. Warranty & Repair Service
Warranty Coverage
All watches purchased from RLW include a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized servicing.
Repair Process
If your watch requires service under warranty, please reach out to our Customer Service Team for instructions. For out-of-warranty service, we offer professional repairs for a fee.
Please package your watch securely and ship it via a trackable and insured courier. Once received, our certified technicians will assess the condition and provide a detailed quote and repair timeline. Your watch will then be returned in optimal working order.
